How do I cancel my order?
Once you place your order and payment is submitted, we give you 24 hours to cancel by email or phone. If you do not cancel within 24 hours and your order goes into production we do not allow refunds. If for any reason there is an issue with your garments contact us right away and we will work with you to resolve the issue. There is a $50 fee for any orders that must be restocked.
How do I modify my order?
Once your order has gone into production the only modifications that can be made are additional prints such as printing on the sleeve, hoodie or on an additional space on your apparel. Contact us by email or phone within 24 hours of submitting your payment and we can modify.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds on fully fulfilled orders. If there are any problems with your order contact us immediately and we will help you out with any issues.
Can I pick up my order?
At this time we can offer personal delivery to you for a fee of $25 if you are in a 30 mile radius of central Austin. If your order is over $1500 we will drop off to you for free within a 30 mile radius of central Austin. If you live outside of that radius or anywhere in the United States we will ship your order to you. Shipment fees are based on the weight, size and location of your delivery.
